We went to Firestone because of an AC failure. They called us and quoted us 1k to fix. We had gotten another quote for $900 but went with them because price difference was minimal. We went to pickup van 1 week later and they charged us $2400 for the work. No amount of ac freon or misquote excuse could make sense of the $1400 upcharge. WE do NOT RECOMMEND TRUSTING THEIR WORD for QUOTE OVER THE PHONE, get a emailed estimate before continuing work. Said employee has since moved to another location. We had to take vehicle back and after 2 days of work it had air pockets in the AC lines. When speaking with employees they only acknowledged their price on the computer but no way to determine if employee did lie for personal gain. I have no reason but to suggest these people may work fraudulently and plan to report them to the BBB.

People here are always friendly and welcoming. They do the work promptly and efficiently. The cost is very reasonable as well. I highly recommend I took my car in to service prior to making a long trip.

If I could give it ZERO stars I definitely would . I went in to get my tire repaired at 6:15pm , tall big man with orange beard was extremely rude and refused to assist me . Mind you no one was in the shop area and no other customer were in the building , he was sitting down on his phone when I walked in . He rudely stated “I do repair tires but I close in 30 minutes so I’m not doing it “ when I asked if the store was still open to customers. He was extremely rude didn’t even offer an alternative like come back in the morning , etc . Your company should not have workers who have no customer service and don’t look out for paying customers.

I was in town because my daughter was in the hospital in Lubbock. On the drive in I hit a tire remnant on the road that apparently flipped up and hit the slash guard and knocked it loose, causing it to drag the ground. Knowing no one in town I looked online and found Firestone. Good reviews online and open early the next morning. Made an appointment online (very easy). I showed up and explained the situation. They were extraordinarily understanding and friendly (Justin was great!).Work was done within an hour. Price was great, and they checked the underside over to make sure there was nothing else wrong. I could not be more pleased with the service and work. Just great people! I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

I took my car to get something replaced but after the price I saw I changed my mind and called to pick up my vehicle, they said they would at least inspect it to lmk what it needed and I said I wanted my car that day so I didn’t want it looked at but they insisted I would leave with my car that day… NOBODY CALLED ME TO GET MY CAR and when I went to the shop my car was in the air all tires taken off!!! Nobody was there they lied to me I’m so pissed I have to miss work because they lied !! I should just picked up the car instead of trusting them one man I spoke to was named Jonah I believe I will not have my car fixed by them!!!
